After years of watching businesses transform while working with us, we’ve had to accept an uncomfortable reality: we’re really good at this whole branding and marketing thing. Like, uncomfortably good.
Clients regularly text us screenshots of their sales numbers with way too many fire emojis. Other agencies have started copying our work (flattering, but also slightly annoying). We’ve won 8 Gold Keys, which sounds made up but isn’t.

So how did all of this start? Well, to put it bluntly, Palmer Creative Co. started because we like to make cool sh*t. Our founder was supposed to be optimizing factory floors and managing systems with his engineering degree, but kept getting distracted by font choices, color palettes, and consumer psychology.
Picture this: engineer by day, graphic designer by night, slowly realizing he was way more interested in helping businesses grow through better creative work than anything else. What started as “quick favor for a friend” turned into an obsession with making businesses look and perform as good as they should.
That’s when Palmer Creative Co. became official – because why not turn your unhealthy addiction to great marketing and design into everyone else’s competitive advantage?
Most creative agencies live in one of two worlds: the “let’s make it pretty” universe or the “but will it convert?” dimension. We decided to set up shop right in the middle and make both sides play nice.
