Experiential & Environments Design Agency
As an experiential and environmental design agency, we design branded environments, signage and wayfinding, trade show exhibits, brand activations, and vehicle graphics.
Connecting people to places.
Challenges
You’re here because your space should feel like your brand, right?
Does your space reflect your brand?
Offices, lobbies, stores, and facilities shape how visitors, customers, and employees experience your organization. Environmental graphics, wall murals, and branded interiors turn those spaces into an expression of who you are.
Can visitors find their way?
Confusing buildings and campuses frustrate visitors before they reach their destination. A planned wayfinding and signage system helps people orient themselves and move through your space with confidence, while meeting ADA requirements.
Does your trade show presence stand out?
Exhibit halls and events are crowded with competing booths. A booth or activation designed around a specific business goal, with strong design and an engaging experience, draws visitors in and starts conversations.

Inside our experiential & environments services
How we design and deliver environments and experiences.
Discovery & Strategy
Understanding the space and its visitors
We learn your goals, your brand, and how people use the space or event, including who visits, how they move through it, and what you want them to experience.
Concept Development
Exploring design directions
We develop design concepts, renderings, and mockups that show how your brand will come to life in the space, booth, or vehicle.
Design Development
Designing every element
We refine the approved concept into detailed designs for graphics, signage, displays, and environments, with attention to materials, scale, lighting, and sightlines.
Documentation
Preparing for fabrication
We produce dimensioned drawings, material and fabrication specifications, and production-ready files so fabricators know exactly what to build.
Production & Installation
Fabricating and installing
We coordinate with fabricators, printers, and installers to keep quality high and the project on schedule, through production and on-site installation.
Review
Reviewing the finished work

Experiential & environments questions, answered.
How much does environmental design and signage cost?
Pricing depends on scope: a single sign program might start around $3,000 to $5,000, while a full branded environment or trade show exhibit with custom fabrication runs higher. We'll scope a quote based on the space and materials involved.
Do you fabricate and install the work yourselves, or coordinate with outside vendors?
We design and manage the project, then coordinate with fabricators, printers, and installers we've vetted for quality. For smaller installations we sometimes install directly; larger fabrication work goes through trusted production partners.
How long does a signage or environmental project take?
A straightforward sign program can go from design to installation in four to six weeks. Larger environments, trade show exhibits, or multi-location signage programs typically take eight to twelve weeks, including fabrication and installation time.
Will our signage meet ADA requirements?
Yes. Wayfinding and signage systems are designed to meet ADA requirements for tactile characters, braille, mounting height, and contrast from the start of the design process, before fabrication begins.
How long do vehicle wraps and graphics typically last?
A quality vehicle wrap typically lasts five to seven years with proper care, though direct sun exposure and frequent washing can shorten that. We use commercial-grade vinyl rated for outdoor durability.
Do we need a permit for exterior signage?
Often, yes, depending on your municipality and whether the sign is illuminated, projects over the sidewalk, or changes the building's exterior. We can help identify what permits are needed and handle the application where required.
Can you work within an existing building or lease restrictions?
Yes. Landlord guidelines, historic district rules, and building codes all factor into the design, and we coordinate with property management or landlords when approval is required.
Do you travel for installation outside Southern Illinois?
Yes. We coordinate fabrication and installation for projects nationwide, working with local installation crews near the site when that makes more sense than traveling our own team.
What's the difference between a trade show exhibit and a permanent installation?
A trade show exhibit is designed to break down, travel, and be reassembled at different venues, so modularity and durability during transport matter most. A permanent installation is designed for one location and can use a wider range of materials and finishes.
Is there a minimum project size?
Not really. We've designed single interior signs and full multi-building wayfinding systems. Smaller projects are scoped and priced accordingly.
