Publishing & Editorial Design Agency
As a publishing and editorial design agency, we design viewbooks, annual reports, magazines, catalogs, brochures, and other publications for print and digital.
Publications designed to be read.
Challenges
You’re here because your publications should be easy to read and look professional, right?
Is your content hard to read?
Publications with too much copy and too little visual interest lose readers quickly. Thoughtful layout, typography, imagery, and pacing make long or complex content easy to follow from the first page to the last.
Does your publication reflect the quality of your organization?
Annual reports, viewbooks, magazines, and catalogs often make a lasting impression on the people who receive them. Professional design presents your organization with the credibility it deserves.
Are your files ready for professional printing?
Documents created in word processing software rarely meet a printer's requirements. We design publications in professional layout software and prepare high-resolution, print-ready files set up to your printer's specifications.

Publishing & editorial questions, answered.
How much does a publication design project cost?
Pricing depends on page count, complexity, and whether we're handling copywriting and photography in addition to design. A straightforward brochure might start around $2,500, while a full annual report or viewbook with original photography runs higher.
How many pages or how large of a print run can you handle?
We design publications from a handful of pages to 100-plus-page annual reports and catalogs, and coordinate print runs from a few hundred copies to tens of thousands through our printing partners.
Do you write the copy, or do we provide it?
Either. We can write and edit the full publication from a rough outline, or refine content you provide, matching tone and structure to the design.
How long does a publication project typically take?
A shorter brochure or guide can go from kickoff to print-ready files in three to five weeks. A full annual report or viewbook with original photography typically takes eight to twelve weeks.
Can you design for both print and digital versions of the same publication?
Yes. Most publications are designed to work as a printed piece and as a digital or interactive version, including PDFs, flipbooks, and web-based formats, from a single design.
Do you handle the printing, or just the design?
We prepare print-ready files to your printer's specifications and can coordinate directly with a printing partner, including paper selection, proofing, and delivery, or hand off print-ready files to your existing printer.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
A revision round is included at the design concept stage and again after initial layouts, so you can weigh in before the publication moves to final pages.
Can you match our existing brand guidelines?
Yes. Publications are designed within your established brand guidelines, including color, typography, and voice, or we can help establish those guidelines first if they don't exist yet.
What file formats do we receive?
Print-ready, high-resolution PDFs set up to your printer's specifications, plus web-friendly PDFs and any source files you need for future updates.
Is there a minimum project size for publication design?
Not really. We've designed single-sheet brochures and multi-page annual reports alike. Smaller projects are scoped and priced accordingly.
