We figure out what each page needs to say before we write a single word of it.
Website copy fails when it treats every page the same. A homepage has to orient and hook. A service page has to persuade and prove. A contact page has to remove whatever friction is left. We start by defining what each page is trying to accomplish, what the visitor needs to understand at each stage, and what would make them feel confident enough to move forward. The writing follows that.
